Shipping is a flat rate figure based on usual weight and product and the cost of First Class US postage.
All items are shipped wrapped, bubbled, and padded in sturdy NEW boxes. We take great care in making sure that the item you ordered is the item that you receive and that it is not in more pieces than was originally intended. In order for us to make sure of that, we use the best shipping material possible.
Returns
Should you need to return something to us for any reason at all, please let me know in advance that it is coming so that I can make sure that it gets here. Refunds and replacements will be handled at that time. All it takes is an email and I will do what I can to make everything right for you.
